By accessing or using Unbox ("Service"), operated by Pebble Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unbox provides professional email hosting services that allow organizations to send and receive email using custom domains. Our Service includes email delivery, domain verification, team management, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

To use Unbox, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of an organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice.

5. Domain Ownership

You must own or have authorization to use any domain you configure with Unbox. We verify domain ownership through DNS records. You are responsible for maintaining proper DNS configuration and ensuring your domain registration remains active.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Email delivery depends on factors outside our control, including recipient servers and network conditions.

8. Data and Content

You retain ownership of content you send through Unbox. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not access or read your email content except as necessary for technical support or legal compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebble Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
